I’m Lindsay Mefford and I’m excited to be a new real estate agent with EXIT Realty HGM. I went to college at UW-Madison where I earned a degree in elementary education. Madison quickly became my favorite city in the world.

I was a teacher for five years, and then I worked with home inspectors at How To Operate Your Home. In 2016, my husband and I started Madison Radon Testing. We’ve tested for radon in thousands of homes and businesses, and we’ve worked with homeowners, home inspectors, developers, and real estate agents. From there, my journey has led me to real estate.

My husband Kirk is a teacher at Madison West High School and we have a daughter at West and a son and daughter in college. In my free time I love hanging out with my family doing all the Madison things - going to restaurants, parks, farmer’s markets, festivals, and UW sporting events. I absolutely love living in Madison and I look forward to working with buyers and sellers.
